At Rarevo, we take pride in delivering high-quality clothing and handbags. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on clearance, or promotional offers.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Accessories not suitable for hygiene reasons (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email with your order details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions.
- The item must be shipped back within 3-4 days of approval.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
