At Rarevo, we take pride in delivering high-quality clothing and handbags. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Accessories not suitable for hygiene reasons (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email with your order details.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions.
  • The item must be shipped back within 3-4 days of approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
